November was a busy month for us with Thanksgiving, football and both mine and Howie's birthdays. Thanksgiving was at our house this year with friends and their kids to help celebrate. We had tons of wonderful food that everyone made and a delicious fried turkey thanks to our friend Jim. One word of advice, at -30 temps frying a turkey will take longer than it usually does :). So after a very tasty but fast Thanksgiving dinner we made it to the indoor football field for the guys to play some football. Nothing goes better than stuffing your face and immediately going to play football right? ;) Well after a few plays our good friend Metro ended up making a great catch and tearing his knee all at the same time. Needless to say it was time to head back to the house for dessert and drinks.
This year Howie surprised me with getting me the flash for my camera I wanted for my birthday. But we both got a surprise on my birthday when we found out we were going to be getting a little GIRL come early May! Needless to say we are both terrified she will be just like me :/ but we are excited to have one of each :)
